Poulter has just two bogeys this week. He's a tournament-best 17-for-19 scrambing, seventh in strokes gained-putting, and ninth in strokes gained-tee to green. The defending Players champion, Kim is looking to become just the third international player since World War II to win three times before the age of 23. He would join Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia. Two back, Billy Horschel has missed five of his last six cuts and was a combined 29 over in his last five events. Horschel's last win came in a playoff over Jason Day at last year's Byron Nelson. This is the fourth time List has been inside the top-10 through 54 holes on the PGA Tour this season. List notably lost the Honda Classic to Justin Thomas in a playoff. He is first in the field in strokes gained-tee to green this week. Unfortunately for Poulter, and fortunately for the chase pack, four of the last five winners of this event were four shots back after 54 holes.Information courtesy the Golf Channel Editorial Research Unit

A few more good rolls with the putter on Sunday could give Poulter his second victory in the last three weeks, this strong run of form coming more than six years after his last worldwide victory.
